Rules and Regulations
1. Under no circumstance are you allowed to post, link too, or discuss sexually themed material within the boundaries of this website. Any violators of the above will not only be banned from the website, the material, posts, or links will be removed.
2. Beachwear is considered the minimum amount of clothing that a person is allowed to have on in an image, story, or video posted to Teen Giants. Also such beachwear must be appropriate and not of a sexual nature. I.E. don’t post pictures of a nine year old wearing a super small bikini, or swim trunks.
3. Teen Giants encourages a family friendly environment, therefore please keep your language under control. If you wouldn’t do it, or say it in front of your grandmother, then don’t do it or say it here.
4. While anyone of any age can view this website, the content of this website whether it be video, image, story, etc must contain people between the ages of 9 and 19. While people above that age group are allowed, such person above the age range must be accompanied by a person within that age range otherwise it will be removed.
5. Stories, Images, Videos, etc cannot contain people under the age of nine year olds. This is a not negotiable.
6. We encourage all of our members to comment and rate pictures, stories, and videos that are within this website. We do allow constructive criticism that is positive or negative as long as such comments are geared towards the picture and not the creator of said content, personal attacks on the creator of any content regardless of how justified you may feel is not allowed, even if the content is ruled to be inappropriate.
7. If you feel a picture, story, or video is inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of one of the rules, you are to send a private message or email to one of the Teen Giants staff members. You are not allowed to post, rant, or comment publicly about what you feel is a violation of the rules, or inappropriate. Teen Giants staff will take care of this with matter behind closed doors with the violator if it is determined to be in violation of the rules.
8. Anything Teen Giants staff finds to be in violation of the rules will be removed with or without your permission and notice if said image, post, video, or story is found to be in violation of one of the rules.
9. If you are posting an image, story, or video file that is not of your own creation, please give credit to the proper person(s) when possible.
10. Teen Giants reserves the right to remove a member at any time who is found to be in violation of the rules or acting inappropriately.
11. I agree that Teen Giants, and it’s staff is not responsible in any way for the content I see within this website and will not hold them legally responsible in any way for what is contained within this website.
12. The links, images, stories, videos, posts, etc are not necessarily the property of Teen Giants nor are they necessarily endorsed by Teen Giants or its staff.
13. Teen Giants makes every effort to remove sexual content, and material that is inappropriate. However, I agree to in no way hold Teen Giants responsible/liable for any thing I find to beobscene, in appropriate or offensive.
14. Any content on this website is the responsibility of the user posting them. I will not hold Teen giants or its staff responsible or liable for any damage or offenses caused by the content.
15. Teen Giants while we make every effort to ensure the quality of any links that are linked to offsite material we cannot guarantee that said material is of an appropriate nature for all the members of this website. So click links to any off site material at your own risk.
16. Because you have registered for this website, you have accepted all of these rules and have agreed to follow them. Teen Giants staff reserves the right to change these rules at any time with or without giving proper notice. It is your responsibility to understand and follow these rules. As not knowing, is not an excuse. So now you know, and knowing is half the battle.
